Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Warka, an HR, performance, and payroll workspace operated for your organization (“Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Admins control seats, roles, and access for their workspace.
2. Customer data
You retain ownership of employee, payroll, and other business data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have a lawful basis to process personal data of your workers and candidates.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for material violations.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans, trials, and invoices are described in-product. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension after notice.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” Payroll calculations and statutory settings depend on configuration you control and applicable law. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new version date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
