Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Warka collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service. It applies to workspace admins, employees, and other users invited by a customer organization.
1. Data we process
Depending on how the Service is used, this may include account details (name, email, role), employment data (job title, department, documents), attendance and leave records, compensation and payroll data, recruitment materials, and technical logs needed to operate the product.
2. How we use data
We process data to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, send transactional notifications (including password reset and approvals), improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
3. Customer control
Your organization is typically the controller of employee and candidate personal data. Admins manage users, permissions, and retention within the workspace. We act as a processor for that customer data.
4. Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure and email providers that process it on our instructions, or when required by law. Subprocessors are bound to protect the data.
5. Retention & security
We retain data for as long as the workspace is active and as needed for legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and other reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Employees should contact their employer (workspace admin) first; admins may contact us via in-app support.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy and will post a new version date. Continued use after changes take effect means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
